AlphaChart provides trading indicators and strategies for the TradingView platform. FREE indicators are published as open-source scripts. PRO indicators are available through invite-only access on TradingView after subscription.
3. No Financial Advice
The indicators, strategies, and content provided by AlphaChart are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Please read our full Risk Disclaimer.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Past performance of any indicator or strategy does not guarantee future results. AlphaChart makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or profitability of its indicators. Backtesting results are hypothetical and may not reflect actual trading outcomes.
5. Intellectual Property
FREE indicators are published as open-source under TradingView's terms. PRO indicator source code, documentation, and branding remain the intellectual property of AlphaChart / Coinmeister1. Unauthorized redistribution or resale of PRO scripts is prohibited.
6. TradingView Platform
AlphaChart indicators operate on the TradingView platform. Your use of TradingView is subject to TradingView's own Terms of Service. AlphaChart is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaChart and its creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services, including but not limited to trading losses.
8. Modifications
AlphaChart reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
